Vanilla Option:
1 cup shredded coconut 3 tbsp. coconut flour**** Alternatively, you can use 2 tbsp. maple syrup and no stevia at all.
1) Vigorously mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Let stand for 5 minutes so that the coconut absorbs the water.
3) Roll into balls and refrigerate to set.
Cookies and Cream Option:
1) Follow the vanilla recipe.2) In a food processor, blend
--- 2 tbsp. walnuts
