Source Organic Whey Protein Truffles

She's come up with another great option for people who want to be a little bit more creative with their Source Organic Whey. Source is still great in a smoothie or added to the beverage of your choice, but we like providing some more options.

Vanilla Option:

1 cup shredded coconut 3 tbsp. coconut flour
3 tbsp. Source Organic protein powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. water
1.5 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. coconut "butter" (just blend shredded coconut until it gets creamy)
1 tbsp. maple syrup
10 drops liquid stevia
**** Alternatively, you can use 2 tbsp. maple syrup and no stevia at all.
1) Vigorously mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 
2) Let stand for 5 minutes so that the coconut absorbs the water. 
3) Roll into balls and refrigerate to set. 

Cookies and Cream Option:

1) Follow the vanilla recipe.
2) In a food processor, blend
--- 2 tbsp. walnuts
--- 2 to 3 dates
--- 1/2 tbsp. dutch-processed cocoa
3) The finished product will be a chocolate cookie crumble. Add it to the vanilla recipe and mix again.
4) Roll into balls and refrigerate to set.
