1.5 tbsp. coconut oil
4 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. Source Organic protein powder
Vanilla Option:1 cup shredded coconut 3 tbsp. coconut flour

1) Vigorously mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Let stand for 5 minutes so that the coconut absorbs the water.
3) Roll into balls and refrigerate to set.
