- 1 asian pear
- 1 frozen banana (sliced)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop Source Organic Whey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
